Shipping & Returns

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

Products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Standard Shipping”. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating the shipping charge for an order. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page as well as the shipping subtotal of your order.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt return or exchange.

All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 3 BUSINESS DAYS upon receiving the order. Return refunds will be issued back after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE'S PACKAGING. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. We will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS(RA#)
Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. 
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
